Caleb's Ouchie

Caleb decided he would help out with another trip to the Urgent Care by slicing his thumb open on a chili can. I ran him to Urgent Care around 5:30 where we waited about 45 minutes because Monday night is a good time for lots of people to need a doctor. An hour and a half and 3 stitches later we were on our way. He was not a happy camper for a few days and you would have thought he had gotten an amputation by the way he babied that hand. We are sure glad that the doctor's office is now open until 8pm. Funny side note-2 days before we came in they had another kid come in who had cut his hand on a chili can that needed stitches too. The nurse thought she was being funny when she asked "So did you cut it on a chili can?" Haha "Yes as a matter of fact he did!"
