Found this website where you can make free scrapbook pages and post them to your blog or email them for free. If you want to pay the $4.99/month or $39.99 /year you can save them as jpeg or print them out for your own use. I was just messing around looking through photos and seeing these made me laugh so I used them for the scrapbook.
