Fishing

On Saturday, August 27 Don took the kids to Pine Valley to go fishing.  He had been wanting to take them camping all summer but there never seemed to be a time and every week the impending birth of the baby loomed closer.  Fishing for the day seemed a good compromise.  They left around 12 and after a quick lunch and a stop at Ace for fishing licenses then to Subway for some sandwiches to take up with them they headed to the reservoir.  It was a disappointing day for fishing and they did not catch anything which really upset Connor but they still had a good time and I lounged about incubating and watching Dallas episodes.
